Thermo Fisher Scientific is a Fortune 500 biotech company, leading the way in medical research, innovation and at the forefront of the battle against COVID-19. They empower scientific researchers through a wide spectrum of tools and equipment. Gibco, part of their family of brands, is the leading manufacturer of cell culture media, sera and technologies aimed at cell research.

Gibco celebrates their 60th anniversary and with it, we took a moment to come up with ideas for an overarching campaign which we then distilled into different installments throughout the year in various physical and digital formats.

Our proposal was to highlight Gibco's impressive track record of enhancing lives and pushing science forward with a look back, to then look into the future. Gibco 60th - Snapshot in a Bottle was born.

What I did:
- Worked closely with the CD to deliver and refine multiple concepts to highlight the client's history in a novel and exciting way.
- Worked with the CD to develop all assets that would support the campaign for over a year.
- Develop animated and static banners.
- Design and develop the brand's microsite (following Thermo's propietary web template)
- Work closely with the video team to create introductory and summary videos of the campaign.
- Collaborated in the wordmark used throughout the campaign.
Microsite following Thermo Fisher's brand guidelines and proprietary template.
Custom images and UX interactions were designed within the limitations of the client's platform.
Overarching social and Google ads static and animated banners.
An AR filter was developed as a proof of concept.
The campaign ran across video platforms such as YouTube, digital display, programmatic display, email and both organic and paid social media (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), with artist and scientist profiles, as well as all documentary videos and artwork, housed on Gibco Cell Culture content hub.
