Torres del Paine is a National Park located in Chilean Patagonia. Each year, more than 260.000 from all over the world travel there to hike for a few days or weeks. Estancia Cerro Paine, a private estate within the park, was in need of an effective, cohesive signage system. This system needed to be easy to read and to manufacture, withstand 120 km/h winds and of uttermost importance: guide the visitors to their destinations.
The first step was to experience the park from the visitor’s point of view, which involved a 6-day long trekking through the park.
The project involves 40 kms of outdoor trails and 120 direction and location signs.
Note: This project is in its installation stage. More updates to follow.
